Silvertac is our software system we use that allows our security officers in the field to report issues within seconds vs. traditional paper logs. It's using "Real-Time Reporting". Collecting this type of data builds a true history, which reveals the root of an issue so our security teams can respond to be proactive in making an action to resolve problems permanently. Our security officers use smart phones to complete their duties and enter incident reporting with photos, videos, and audio files attached. Dispatch and command centers ensure issues are routed and/or handled correctly and efficiently. Our executive reporting capabilities identify issues so we can maximize our manpower and resources to solve problems- all in real-time!

How It Works:
Using handheld technology (PDA mobile devices), guards can enter and receive activity from the field, including photos and audio files, into the Silvertrac software. This data is instantly uploaded and available online.
You can then be alerted based on a set priority of incidents. You could automatically receive an e-mail whenever an incident occurs. We can provide a detailed incident report, including all photos, videos and audio files that are time stamped, showing when the incident occurred.
GPS
Global Positioning Satellite system allows us to target track and view every recorded incident, in addition to the guard�s location.
Our edit notification feature tracks and analyzes emergency service request reported in the field by a guard or web user based on the selected issue type. For example fire, flood, blood notifications could be sent to your PDA in real time notifying you of the incident by e-mail to view the incident immediately after it has been reported.
